Shipping & Delivery
Currently, we offer multiple shippping options through USPS and UPS. It can take up to 2 business days to process your order before it ships. Please allow enough time to recieve your order depending on shipment method.
The list of shipment methods available to you will be automatically displayed at checkout. You will have a chance to review your order total before final processing.

Returns & Replacements
We understand that things can change between the time you make an order and when you recieve it. Or maybe even after you recieve it. If this happens, we can accept your purchase back!
Due to the fact that we sell merchandise that is copyrighted, we can only accept them in their original unopened packages.
The only exception to this is defective merchandise.

If you believe you have recieved defective merchandise, please send it back to us, and we will happily exchange it, as well as pay the extra shipping costs. Otherwise, for all other returns, customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Refund will be processed as soon as merchandise is recieved.

Ordering
We accept orders in two ways - Online using our secure website, or over the phone. Online ordering is safe, fast and available 24 hours a day. If you would rather place an order over the phone, please call us on 678-253-0036 and speak with a representative. You may have to leave a voicemail, you will receive a call back as soon as possible.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal & eCheck (US banks only). Available payment options will be displayed during checkout. To send a check in the mail, please proceed to checkout as usual and then select the "Check" option. You will be able to print your order and send it in the mail with your check. Mailing address will be provided during checkout. Special pricing and promotions can be found on our specials page.

Order Status
You can login to view the status of your order anytime. You can view order history, track an order in transit, and re-order items from a previous order.
Updating Account Information
